Kevin’s passion is bringing diverse talent together, from designers, product managers, architects, and engineers, to understand their users’ problems and build great solutions.  As a product development leader, he has led small and large (from 10 to 200) design and engineering organizations and is currently focused on bringing the power of design to agile development teams.  He is currently the VP of Design for CA Technologies, where he previously held the role of VP of Engineering for their largest product.

Kevin earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science many years ago, turned his focus towards execution by earning a Master’s in Project Management, and is finishing his Master’s in Organizational Change Leadership to continue his passion for leading change.
