Agile & UX, like Chocolate and Peanut Butter
If you're here at AgileCamp, you likely use some kind of Agile process. Yet, we're all using them in slightly different ways. What does your process look like? We will use this as a foundation to talk about how to leverage the power of design (and designers) to:
- Understand the right problem to solve
- Understand it well enough to solve it effectively
- To validate our assumptions about the problem
- To craft engage, useful designs
- To quickly validate those designs before we invest in building it
- To test those solutions at the end of a sprint (before we ship)
- To try ideas out in the wild without disrupting your entire customer base

Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of what design is, what designers do, but most of all how this knowledge can help them build better software to deliver more value to their customers.
