Being successful has connotations which are most visibly seen in title, compensation, and leading large organizations.  But does that naturally equate to being a good leader, much less a great leader.  Let’s be honest, how many Chief Project Manager Officers have you seen reporting into a CEO and influencing execution for a company?  This session will cover topics on how to apply Agile in your personal life, the meaning of leading with positivity, how to be smart versus acting smart, and above all else, how to be one of the “good” leaders in the world of Agile.  We’ll also cover elements of social psychology as it applies to Agile and how it can be used to influence decision-makers in your company.  At a minimum, I promise several references to pop culture, bad movies, and at least one zombie reference as it relates to agile development!
